Virat Kohli says This will be the Most Challenging World Cup

Indian Cricket Team Captain Virat Kohli, said in a Press conference before leaving for England to play in the ICC World Cup 2019 that this will be the most challenging world cup Indian Cricket Team has ever played. While addressing a Press Conference for the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), head office in Mumbai on May 21, 2019 that Cricket fans should expect a Run Bonanza.

Before the departure of the Indian Cricket Team to play the World Cup in England and Wales, the Skipper Virat Kohli said that local seaming conditions would most likely favor the batsmen.

In ICC Tournament, the pitches are going to be very good, and since its summer in the United Kingdom, we are expecting some high-scoring games.

We are going into the World Cup very balanced and confident, and seeing our player’s recent performances in the IPL, they are in pretty form.

The India Squad will travel to England on Wednesday, to fight for their third World Cup Title, and in the battle, they will start their Campaign on June 5, against South Africa in Southampton.

The 46 day event will start from May 30 and will conclude with the final between the deserving teams on 14th July in Lord’s Landon.

Captain Virat Kohli also said that India will have only somewhat limited worries for the spinners, Kuldeep Yadav and Yuzvendra Chahal, whose bowling performances were falling shorthand in the IPL.

The Captain stated about the spinner Kuldeep that he can show his strength in the World Cup, with the reflection of his strong side. He added that these two-spinners are the main bowling line-up and they are very much needed to perform in the tournament.

The consistency in the Performance is very much needed to at least get us in the Semi-Finals.
