Recently, Twitter has been working on redesigning its certain platforms and one of them is a black dark mode for the mobile device. It is a Lights out mode” in the microblogging and social networking site for Android users. Twitter Lights Out Mode for the Android users is another launch ahead which will allow them to enjoy Twitter Night Mode or Dark mode.

The Vice President (VP) of Twitter, Dantley Davis has recently tweeted that all black Lights Out Mode will soon be available on Android. According to reports, this Twitter dark mode or night mode will make its way to Android in September. So, finally, it is arriving for Android which makes it behind the iOS, for which Lights Out Feature has been launched in March on iPhone and iPad users.

When the Vice President of Twitter was asked for the delay in launching this feature for Android, he said that “Prioritizing is the reason behind this delay that Lights Out dark mode is coming to Android in September”.

Twitter Lights Out Will Give a Night Mode To Android Users:

Android Q software was already indulged into bringing a system-wide dark mode, irrespective of the delay in the Twitter dark mode. Twitter launched a dark mode feature for the desktop version two years ago in 2017 and later on they launched Lights Out Mode for iOS users in March 2019.

For your desktop mode, the dark mode does not turn off or on automatically. In order to switch on the Night mode, you have to click on the display picture and scroll down to click on the Night mode to turn it on. Similarly, in order to turn the Night mode off, all you have to follow the same steps to turn it off. There you go, your Twitter account is back to normal.

Twitter, a website is also getting redesigns and it will be similar to the mobile app. Its redesigning will focus on the design version of desktop and mobile versions of Twitter. Apart from this, Twitter, a website will also offer a bookmarks tab on the homepage for the ones who are new on this microblogging social site. You can bookmark the tweets which will allow you to save them privately on your profile and you can see them later when you find the time.
