The Mountain View Company remains at the top of those mountains bringing an upbeat service while presenting the platform at Google’s Streaming Gaming Service. Previously, the platform was named Project Stream. The platform will transform the gaming industry while allowing the users to access and play games on their Mobile, Tablets, Laptops and Personal Computer, Smart TVs, Google Chrome Browser, and a fast Internet Connection.

Google isn’t the first company among the tech giants to pursue this. Previously, the same kind of cloud gaming platform by Sony Interactive Studio is Play Station Now. NVIDIA is offering Geforce Now and Microsoft is offering Project X. But, the way Google has announced it caught the public

GOOGLE STADIA NEW GENERATION OF CLOUD GAMING

This is only possible only through Google carrying all the work, offering users instant access without having them wait for unnecessary loadings. Google Stadia will let you access the game title through your Device’s browser and you can start playing the game with the blink of an eye.

For the proper execution of Google Stadia, google will establish a centered network consisting of more than 7,500 nodes, to make the platform accessible to users all over the world regardless of their present location.

In each of the Stadia’s Data Centers, there will be an integration of high-end graphics, power, memory, and storage needed to run the demanding games. This will let the gamers play any of the titles at 60fps with 4k resolution. Additional HDR support and a digital dynamic surround sound will also be featured. And shortly, the platform will also feature 8k resolution.

You can Play Games Instantly

During the Game Developers Conference, Google Stadia showed that playing any game is just a matter of seconds. You can play the game just by clicking the play button on the YouTube transmission, and after that, you will be taken to your Chrome Browser on any of the compatible devices you are using.

This showed that users will no longer need to upgrade their already powerful computers or powerful consoles to play new demanding games, but only a screen and a Fast Internet Connection. In all of the devices, you can play the games at the same quality.

Stadia Controller

You can play your games with the Conventional USB Keyboard and Mouse that comes in with the compatible devices, but Stadia comes in with a featured Controller. The Controller is specifically designed for this purpose and is a part of the Made by Google Hardware Products. It works through a Wi-Fi connection and immediately connects to the playable game. Through this, you can have the best gaming experience.

Stadia Controller (Black)

Google Stadia controller consists of two joysticks, a D-Pad, and four action buttons which are (X, Y, A, and B) just like conventional controllers in the gaming industry. However, in the Google Stadia controller, there are two additional featured buttons. Google Stadia Games

Up till now, three games are planned to launch soon on Stadia. But for now, only two of them are expected, which include Assassin’s Creed Odyssey and Doom Eternal. In an interview with Ars Technica, Phil Harrison stated that a couple of fighting games are in the development phase for Stadia, but didn’t mention any specific names.

A 25 Mbps of Internet Connection will be required to play the games at 4k resolution. During the beta testing of the game, reviews portrayed positively and exceeding expectations, making game streaming a better alternative source for PC gaming. They also showed that there were very less lags and it was such that as if it was being played locally.

Since the platform is totally dependent on an Internet Connection, it showed compression in the resolution and occasional lags over slower internet connections. The Verge also tested the gameplay and found that there were no legs over a wired Internet Connection, but occasionally lagging was found over a shared Wi-Fi connection.

Google Stadia gaming platform is a streaming service, similar to NVIDIA GFORCE Now and it allows users to play games virtually on any device they want with the help of streaming technology. Google Stadia gaming platform will support game subscription services which would be every month. The Google Stadia gaming platform will enable users to share their games on YouTube also.

Digital Foundry tested Assassin’s Creed Odyssey on Pixelbook and noticed some minor visual hits, but also stated that it wasn’t the best game to test as it was already a lagging game.
